LEVEL 1 DIAG./SERVICE
(1 to 2 hours)

  1. Check backup/volume status/health
  2. Scan/Cleanup
  3. Check hardware
  4. Update system
  5. Report status
  6. $85-$170 w/o pickup/delivery

LEVEL 2 DIAG./SERVICE
(2 to 5 hours)

  1. Check backup/volume status/health
  2. Scan/Cleanup
  3. Check hardware
  4. Update system
  5. Replace hardware/software
  6. Report status
  7. $85-$170 w/o pickup/delivery

LEVEL 3 DIAG./SERVICE
(5+ Hours)

  1. Check backup/volume status/health
  2. Scan/Cleanup
  3. Check hardware
  4. Update system
  5. Replace hardware/software
  6. Report Status
  7. $85-$170 w/o pickup/delivery

    1. System backup confirmation/Shop Imaging.
    2. Full system cleanup and update of existing operating system and programs.
    3. Virus/Malware scans.
    4. Disk test and reporting analysis.
  2. Level Two
    1. System backup confirmation/Shop Imaging.
    2. Full system cleanup and update of existing operating system and programs. Operating system upgrades are done at this time.
    3. If the system drive is aging/failing a new drive will be used to image the existing system to a new drive.
    4. Disk test and reporting analysis.
  3. New customers: Full diagnostic: $85/Hr.
  4. Existing Customers: $65/Hr.
