By opting in to receive SMS messages from Modesto Network (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Recurring SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
SMS Messaging Service
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Modesto Network regarding your service requests, appointments, customer support, project coordination, and other communications related to services you have requested.
Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, responses to your requests, and, where applicable, marketing or promotional messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and mobile plan.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Modesto Network and the services you request. You may receive multiple messages while we are communicating with you about a service request or appointment.
For service-related communications, you may typically receive approximately 10–20 messages per request, although the actual number may be higher or lower depending on the nature of the request and your communications with us.
We reserve the right to change message frequency as necessary to effectively communicate with customers.
Modesto Network and participating mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages.

Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
After you send STOP, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request to opt out has been processed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.
